It's worked OK for me

It’s convenient to use for online shopping, buying concert tickets, travelling etc. I’ve had no trouble with it at all and would have no hesitation to recommend it to others. In fact, I already have to my family and friends.

One of the lowest interest rates, but no rewards

It has one of the lowest of interest rates out there. Who’s 100% happy paying interest? I could do without an annual card fee, or maybe the fee could be reduced. I haven’t had any issues in all the years I’ve had it. It’s the only card i’ve ever had, so I can make no comparison.…

Great balance transfer facility

It really helped save me money on the interest I would have needed to pay had I not been able to do a balance transfer with this credit card! It was really easy to make payments to the card having a St.George Complete Freedom account as well. It was also very easy to apply for…

Saved me getting hit with interest

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to use a large sum of the credit card from my own bank. Due to financial pressures I could only pay back the bare minimum. At this point I started getting hit with interest fees. I applied for the Vertigo Platinum for the 0% interest-free…

I saved a lot of money with this card

The St.George branch staff recommended this card to me. I used it for the balance transfer and saved around $600 a year in interest repayments. I also save money on the annual fee for the first year. I recommended this card to my family and friends and some of them got this card…

Great credit card

It is a great card with a low interest rate from a trusted lender. The most suitable card for our needs, we worked out that the pros outweigh the cons and we are better off with this card. Minimum limit on the card is $6,000, which is suitable for us.

MarkDoesn't recommend

Looked like a great deal to me – filled out the online application, received confirmation that I had been approved subject to providing documentation.Fair enough. I supplied the requested Tax Notice of Assessment (as supplied direct from the ATO), my last six months’ worth of…

Balance transfer was easy

All the paperwork was done quite smoothly. However, the offer changed during the 18 months to 12 months, which was quite disappointing. But overall it’s a good card as rates are low compared to other cards. Customer contact is quite helpful when you have a problem. I’m quite…

Cheap and cheerful

I’ve had this card for a few years now. This is a great card with a low interest rate. The fees are also very reasonable. The mobile banking app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It’s rare that I actually have to phone customer service. However, when I do the CS team is…

Sixteen years of great service and offers

I have been a customer of St George for 16 years and can attest to great service and great offers. They’ve even contacted me to change my account so I got less fees. I have used this card for many years as well, with no issues, low fees and reliability.
